Cream Filled Cakes

Use a prepared chocolate cake mix.

I have made cupcakes in the past....that was easier. You just bake them and once they are cooled, make a hole with a straw and use a pastry bag and inject the filling into the cupcake.

If you are more artistic than me you could try putting them on a cookie sheet whatever shape you like and cook for 5 min. When they are cool put the filling on one and cover with one.

The recipe for the filling is:
2 cups of Marshmellow Cream
1 cup of crisco
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 teaspoon salt dissloved in 2 teaspoons of hot water
