New Products at Dodson's
Dodson's started carrying Kinnikinnick CINNAMON ROLLS...If you like this kind of stuff....this is awesome. I will try to leave some for you! There are 6 in a package....they almost taste 'normal'!! It is in the freezer section with the Kinnikinnick frozen bread.
For those of you who are casein free as well...Dodson's has a product called Hip Whip ...similar to cool whip!! This is wonderful!! Thank you Kathy Pennel for finding this and sharing it with us!!! We bought it....now we know what we can eat on that pumpkin pie next time we make it.

I found your blog by searching "celiac disease". Kinnick products are wonderful!! I have a 5-year old son with celiac and he loves them.
Ah yes, cinnamon rolls. That sounds wonderful.
I have done a lot of work with gluten free desserts over the past couple years, but have not tried cinnamon rolls yet. My grandmother used to make the best homemade ones - but, she was not doing GF baking. I hope to try making one in next few months. Probably try rice flours to start with.
