Bush's Best Products

This is from the Bush's web site (click on the title to go there)

Are any of your products gluten-free? Which ones?

All of our Bush's Best products are gluten-free with the exception of Bush's Best Chili Beans, the four varieties of Bush's Homestyle Chili and Bush's Chili Magic®line.

We use cornstarch in some of our products, but it does not contain gliadin gluten from wheat, barley or rye grains that may cause adverse responses in persons suffering from Celiac Sprue.

Chick-fil-A gfcf list

Click on the items for a detailed ingredient list.

The following information is provided for those customers who have intolerance to gluten; (wheat, barley, rye, triticale, oats, and spelt.)

Below is a list of our menu items that may fit your gluten diet. This information was obtained from the suppliers of each of the items. We have bolded the grain source on items where customers have had questions. Some ingredients such as spices and natural flavors may be proprietary; therefore, we may not have the source listed for those items.

We recommend you review this list with your physician before consuming any of the products listed below, or any other item on our menu.

What's for supper?

Tonight we had chicken n dumplings

Just boil your chicken and cut up in bite size pieces.
Add Imagine Chicken broth or Swansons.
I also add frozen mixed vegetables.
Bring it to a boil and add in the dumplings.

I make my dumplins with the gfcf flour mix from Special Diets for Special Kids vol. 2. It has a wonderful "biscuit mix" you can make quite abit and keep it in the freezer...pull it out and add Dari free or soymilk and it makes the dumplins.

I make up a very large batch of gfcf flour mix when I make it so that I always have some on hand. As well as the biscuit mix. It is great! If you want the recipe for the biscuit mix I can email it to you.

Thank you for visiting Bigelow Tea's web site. You asked if the natural flavors contained in the Constant Comment Decaffeinated contain any rye, barley or wheat gluten. The Constant Comment Decaffeinated tea does not contain any of these ingredients.

The following are teas that contain barley malt and test positive for gluten. While the flavors listed below have been discontinued, you may find them on the store shelf. They are:

Apple & Spice Herbal Garden Tea
Fruit & Berries Herb Tea
Fruit & Berries Iced Tea
Hibiscus and Rose Hips Herbal Garden Tea
Specially Strawberry Herb Tea
Strawberry Herbal Garden Tea

The teas listed below contain barley malt, but when tested, showed no results for gluten. They are:

Blueberry Harvest Herb Tea
Chamomile Mango Herb Tea
Cinnamon Spice Herb Tea (was called Sinfully Cinnamon Herb Tea)
Take-A-Break loose tea

Any tea NOT listed above is gluten free.

I hope the above responds to your concerns. If you need additional information, please email me at mailto:atkpangrac@rcbigelow.com.

Cordially,

Kathy Pangrac

Cream Filled Cakes

Use a prepared chocolate cake mix.

I have made cupcakes in the past....that was easier. You just bake them and once they are cooled, make a hole with a straw and use a pastry bag and inject the filling into the cupcake.

If you are more artistic than me you could try putting them on a cookie sheet whatever shape you like and cook for 5 min. When they are cool put the filling on one and cover with one.

The recipe for the filling is:
2 cups of Marshmellow Cream
1 cup of crisco
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 teaspoon salt dissloved in 2 teaspoons of hot water
